sooooo NFL Star Plaxico Burress was indicted by a grand jury yesterday on weapons charges stemming from the former New York Giant wide receiver shooting himself in the thigh on November 29th in New York's Latin Quarter nightclub. Burress could face a minimum of 3 1/2 years in convicted.

last November while at the club, Burress' gun slipped from his waistband and down his leg, accidentally firing into his thigh. the pistol was not licensed in New York or New Jersey where the Super Bowl champion lived. his permit to carry a concealed weapon in the state of Florida had already expired in May 2008. Plaxico plead not guilty to weapons charges and is currently free on $100,000 bail.

Ja Rule, who has his own remix version of Mariah Carey`s "Obsessed", recently released a statement regarding the Eminem diss track "Warning". he says:

"it all stemmed from an Eminem comment. with him sayin` he peed on her or some shit like that, i don`t --- , you know, come on..."

".....real talk, there really shouldn`t be any [diss] records being made," Ja Rule continues. when the rapper T.I. learned through http://www.thesmokinggun.com/, that Alfamega had lied about his past, he and the CEO of Grand Hustle expulsed him from Grand Hustle family. T.I. said to the press:

"Even though all our artists and employees are asked by us to be honest and open about their past history, at no time did Alfa disclose to me or Grand Hustle what has now appeared in the media," T.I. said in a statement. "He essentially deceived us by failing to fully disclose the truth about his past, and there is no place in our organization for dishonest and misleading behavior. As I have always said, you must take responsibility for your own actions. We at Grand Hustle can not support or condone the blaming of others for our own mistakes. Baatin, of Slum Village has passed away at the age of 35. details of how/why he died are unknown as of now. fellow celeb and music icons have tweeted their feelings on the breaking news.

Ex-American Idol Contestant Killed

authorities say a 25-year-old former two-time "American Idol" contestant has been struck and killed by a car in a New Jersey shore town. the Asbury Park Press reports that Alexis Cohen, of Allentown, Pa., was killed early Saturday in Seaside Heights. Deputy Chief Michael Mohel of the Ocean County Prosecutors Office says an autopsy indicated she suffered chest, head and abdominal injuries. Mohel says investigators are seeking more information about the collision. Cohen auditioned in Philadelphia for the popular Fox singing competition in August 2007, and the episode was aired in January 2008. she tried out again during the show's eighth season. A video of her angry rant after being rejected by judges went viral on the Internet.

One Day Community Service. . .?

soooo on May 8th, Rev Run`s son, JoJo Simmons, was arrested for purchasing Marijuana in New York City. After the purchase of the weed, Simmons sat in his BMW right outside of the dropoff location and rolled up. as he rolled, the police officer tapped on the glass and in response, simmons sped off. eventually the cops caught up with simmons and he was arrested.

on June 16th, JoJo pleaded guilty to one charge of disorderly conduct. as part of the deal, JoJo will serve one day of community service and authorities agreed to drop the possession charges against the 19-year-old.

the arrest was discussed on the June 22nd episode of the family`s MTV show Run`s House.

yesterday, NeYo gave an "excuse/reason", for his actions stating:

Basically, I have an issue with not knowing when to say enough is enough, so last night in Manchester, my body said it for me.

I got on stage energized and ready to go, even tho for the last 5 days I’ve been dealing with a sinus infection. I paid it no real mind, and kept on going, like I always do. My voice couldn’t take it. From the first song I knew something was wrong. I shoulda stopped there, but I come from a school where no matter what, the show must go on. It wasn’t until about 4 songs in that I came to the painful realization that my voice was done, literally nothing left, and that I would have to stop the show…

I’ve never had to stop a show, never dreamed I’d ever have to. So when I had to walk out on that stage and tell 12,000 of the people responsible for making me who I am that I could not perform for them, it literally broke my heart.

I cried harder than I have in a very long time with no shame whatsoever.

soooo i guess i need to put the first topic up for discussion. lol. throughout all my posts, i will NEVER use names, just so i can avoid unneeded drama. but seriously, i do have a question/topic that needs feedback. here`s the scenario: you have two close friends, [Person 1] and [Person 2]. when [Person 1] and [Person 2] are alone together, [Person 2] is real cool and laidback. then, as soon as [Person 1] and [Person 2] get around [Persons 3-5], [Person 2] acts EXTREMELY different. [Person 2] starts to become more BITCHLIKE and RUDE to [Person 1]. in this scenario, should [Person 1] tell [Person 2] about their feelings, or should [Person 1] keep jis/her mouth shutt and stop overreacting ?
