That`s right ! Fellatio expert turned NY Times Best-Seller, Karrine Steffans`, book The Vixen Manual is out now. This time around, Steffans gives out tips and tricks for man-hunting. Although many people trash/hate on SuperHead, she is the only video perforemer/video vixen who has moved on to speak on what she has done to get to where she is.
